When we purchase a perpetual license from a vendor, we create a portfolio and add it to this collection.
Description: Collection of streaming video available to students, faculty, and staff of WCC.
Internal Description: Includes standalone portfolios from Kanopy, perpetually owned AVON titles, WCC-hosted videos, etc.
Service Description: Selective database of standalone moving image files.
