Laptop Loans

Laptop Loans

WCC-enrolled students may check out a laptop for the semester free of charge.

Computers are distributed by appointment only on a first-come, first-served basis. A variety of laptops are available, and library personnel will determine which device best suits a student's computing needs.

To reserve a laptop, submit the WCC Laptop Request & Borrower Agreement Form. A staff member will contact you by the end of the next business day to schedule a pickup appointment. Appointments are available on weekdays between 9 AM - 3:45 PM.

Printing

How Printing Works at WCC

  • WCC uses a debit printing system in which software keeps track of your printing balance.
  • When you print, the cost is deducted from your balance.
  • You may add money to your printing account in person at the Circulation Services Desk (cash only).

Printing Directions

  1. Select the printer from the print dialog box.
  2. Enter your WCC Computing Account username and password when prompted
  3. Approve the deduction from your printing balance.

If you are not a WCC student or employee, ask a library staff member at the Circulation Services Desk to assist you with printing.
