Group study rooms are provided to give students a place to engage in collaborative and cooperative study in small groups. Permanent room assignments are not made to any academic group or social organization.
Reservations can be made at the Circulation Desk or by calling 235-7436.

Study rooms are subject to availability, advanced reservations are recommended (up to one week ahead).

Reservations can initially be made for up to 2 hours. The reservation may be extended up to two hours at the end of the reservation period, as long as the room is not reserved by another group.

Rooms are for use by groups of three (3) or more Windward Community College students, faculty, or staff

The room key will only be checked out to a person with a valid Windward CC ID and fees of $10 or less on his/her UH Library account

The room key will only be checked out when three (3) members of the group are present

Keys returned late will accrue fines of $1.00 per hour

A lost key will result in a $100.00 replacement charge and a $10 processing fee

Users are asked to be considerate of others when using the group study rooms:

Move furniture back to the original position

Erase white boards prior to leaving the room

Do not leave personal belongings unattended in Group Study rooms

Do not occupy these rooms longer than scheduled as a courtesy to others

Notify the Library to cancel a reservation
